Bridge Plastics is a manufacturing division of Bridge Packaging, LLC, also located in northeast Indiana. With new state-of-the-art extrusion equipment, Bridge Plastics manufactures poly bubble products, including poly bubble wraps, and bubble laminates for use in the industrial and retail markets. This division ships on demand to many locations throughout our main service region, and also allows customer pickup adjacent to our main production facilities.

Now manufactured in northern Indiana - less than 300 miles from most major Midwest cities including Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit Grand Rapids and Louisville. This means 24-hour service for your just-in-time stocking needs! Our quality plastic bubble is perfect for cushioning, void filling, or surface protecting products you are distributing to your customers. Available in industry standard specification of 3/16", 5/16", and 1 /2". Slit and perforated as requested for ease of handling and wrapping. With BPM material you can be assured you'll get better protection using much less of our product. You'll be amazed with the excellent fullness and initial thickness of BPM made poly bubble wrap!

QuikPak Cohesive Paper Packaging System

New to the U.S. - this is the only cohesive paper packaging fill system on the market that utilizes moldable, cohesive paper. The moldable paper actually maintains its shape during shipping. Our new machine run's our specially-formulated cohesive paper to produce an excellent void fill, or blocking and bracing protective fill material. Once the cohesive paper "molds" itself around the product, you can count on your product arriving in perfect condition, as the paper will maintain its "structure" throughout the shipping process. This cohesive paper also gives you superior nesting and cushioning capability when compared to other "flat paper" systems on the market. The unit runs one and two-ply kraft paper at the rate of just under 200 feet a minute - so you packers will get your cartons filled in record time. Plus, the machine is compact, and we placed it on an easy-to-move portable stand which means it takes up very little room at your packing station! Available to rent, in four different kraft basis weights.
